The Trial Balance Report prints a report of payroll activity through the year/month selected. This report provides a total of all payroll earnings and/or deductions by month, quarter, and year to date. This report can be used to verify forms such as W2s and 941s.
- Select the calendar year to be reported from the Year drop-down list.
- Select the months to be reported from the From and To drop-down lists. The To month cannot be earlier than the From month.
- Check the box(es) for Display Earnings, Display Withholdings, Display Deductions, and/or Display Summary Only.
- Click the

button to create the report. - Click the
button to export the data to Excel.
